P. v. Lollar
A jury convicted appellant Giane Marquise Lollar of two counts of premeditated attempted murder and two counts of assault with a firearm. The jury also found true several special allegations, including gang enhancements. Appellant contends: (1) the trial court erred in denying his motion for a new trial; and (2) he received ineffective assistance of counsel due to his counsels failure to object to the testimony of a gang expert and the failure to object to alleged prosecutorial misconduct. Court affirm the judgment.
