P. v. Tapia
Camilo Tapia, Jr., appeals from convictions for assault, vandalism, and participating in a criminal street gang. He contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a mistrial because of alleged juror misconduct. He also contends that the trial court erred in not excluding some of the trial testimony of a gang expert. For the following reasons, Court affirm.
