A jury found Eddie Lamont Conner guilty of willful, deliberate and premeditated attempted murder (Pen. Code, 664/187.) On appeal, Conner contends the trial court erred in not giving a sua sponte instruction on attempted voluntary manslaughter. Court affirm.
