In re James J.
Following a contested jurisdictional hearing, the County of Solano juvenile court sustained an allegation that minor James J. committed one count of felony robbery arising out of a purse-snatching. The court ordered him placed at Fouts Springs Youth Facility for a maximum time of confinement of eight years, seven months.
