Code, 366.26, 388, 395.)[1] Appellant contends: The juvenile court should have applied the parent-child relationship exception to terminating parental rights; denying his petition for modification was an abuse of discretion; and, the notice provisions of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) were inadequate. Court shall affirm.
