Lurie, Zepeda, Schmalz & Hogan v. Mercantile Investment Advisors

Four months later, the defendant asked the trial court to vacate the default. The defendants attorney accepted full responsibility for failing to answer the complaint. The court granted relief and set aside the default. Court affirm.
