P. v. Diep
James Diep appeals from a judgment after a jury convicted him of first degree murder, attempted murder, and street terrorism, and found true various firearm and street terrorism enhancements. Diep argues the trial court erroneously admitted his involuntary statements and erroneously instructed the jury. Although we conclude Dieps statements were coerced and, therefore, involuntary, he was not prejudiced. Additionally, his claim the trial court erroneously instructed the jury has no merit. Court affirm the judgment.
