Siljan v. Filet Menu
Plaintiffs, Siljan, Inc., Sylvia Martinez, and Glorias Pupuseria, appeal from a March 28, 2008 order denying their motion for attorney fees on appeal. We reverse the order denying plaintiffs attorney fees motion. Upon remittitur issuance, the trial court is to determine the amount of fees payable to plaintiffs. Accordingly, Court affirm the trial courts order.
