Bryant F. appeals an order appointing a conservator under the Lanterman Petris Short (LPS) Act, Welfare and Institutions Code section 5000 et seq., and permitting involuntary treatment with anti psychotic medication. He also contends the court erred in accepting his attorney's waiver of jury trial. Court dismiss the appeal as moot.
