P. v. Merchain
A jury found Arlene Yvonne Merchain guilty of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and first degree burglary in the stabbing of Francisco Leon. Merchain appeals, arguing that there was insufficient evidence that she committed burglary or that she had the intent to kill when she stabbed Leon. Court affirm.
