Amezcua v. County of Los Angeles
Plaintiffs and appellants Robert and Nancy Amezcua appeal from the order denying their petition to permit them to file a lawsuit against the County of Los Angeles and/or the County of Los Angeles Police and to excuse their non-compliance with Government Code section 945.4. They contend the trial court abused its discretion in denying the petition. Court affirm.
