P. v. Givehand
A jury convicted defendant and appellant Wayne Givehand (defendant) of second degree robbery. (Pen. Code, 211.) The trial court sentenced defendant to three years in state prison. On appeal, defendant contends that insufficient evidence supports his conviction and that the trial court erred in instructing the jury with CALJIC No. 2.11.5. Court affirm.
