In re L.M.
J.W. (Mother) appeals from the order summarily denying her Welfare and Institutions Code[1]section 388 petition, as well as the order terminating her parental rights over L.M. (Daughter). Mother contends the juvenile courts erroneous decision to deny her section 388 petition without a hearing requires reversal of the order terminating parental rights and remand for a hearing on her section 388 petition. Court conclude that the juvenile court properly denied her petition without a hearing and affirm both orders.
