P. v. Zichko
Robert Zichko was committed to a state hospital after being found not guilty of a felony offense by reason of insanity. (Pen. Code, 1026, subd. (a).) He appeals the judgment and order extending his commitment, contending that the trial court violated his due process rights by allowing his counsel to waive a jury trial over his objection. Court affirm.
