P. v. Fletcher
A jury convicted defendant of felony grand theft and acquitted him of charges of robbery and petty theft. In a trial by court, the court found defendant had a prior strike conviction and had served two separate prior prison terms. Defendant was sentenced to state prison for six years, consisting of the middle term of two years for the theft, doubled to four because of the strike, plus an additional two years for the prior prison terms. The court also imposed restitution fines of $200 in accordance Penal Code sections 1202.4 and 1202.45. The judgment is affirmed.
