A.H. v. County of Los Angeles
In a juvenile court proceeding, A.H. was found to have abused his children and engaged in domestic violence. Following that proceeding, he sued the County of Los Angeles (County) and the social workers who had investigated the juvenile case and brought the petition against him (collectively, respondents). The trial court sustained respondents demurrer to A.H.s first amended complaint and entered a judgment of dismissal. Finding no viable cause of action, Court affirm the judgment.
