P. v. Armstrong
Tyrone Armstrong appeals from the judgment entered following a jury trial which resulted in his conviction of the sale or transportation of cocaine (Health & Saf. Code, 11352, subd. (a)) and his admissions that he previously had been convicted of a felony pursuant to the Three Strikes law (Pen. Code, 667, subds. (b)-(i), 1170.12, subds. (a)-(d)) and had served two prior prison terms (Pen. Code, 667.5, subd. (b)). The trial court sentenced Armstrong to nine years in state prison. Court affirm the judgment.
