P. v. Hanks
A jury found defendant Jonathan Marzette Hanks guilty of bringing a controlled substance into a prison. (Pen. Code, 4573.)[1] In a bifurcated trial, the jury sustained a prior prison term enhancement. ( 667.5, subd. (b).)
