P. v. Bamber
Defendant Brian Anthony Bamber was found after a contested hearing to have committed a probation violationdriving on a suspended license in violation of Vehicle Code section 14601. The court reinstated probation but terminated defendants previous eligibility for Proposition 36 treatment and ordered him to serve 120 days in jail with 91 days credit for time served. Defendant timely appealed and Court affirm.
