In re J.W.
J.W. (the minor) contends on appeal: (1) that there was insufficient evidence to support his felony conviction for maliciously informing of a false bomb (Pen. Code, 148.1, subd. (c)); (2) that the court abused its discretion by refusing to reduce the felony to a misdemeanor; and (3) that the court also abused its discretion in refusing to grant him informal probation. Court affirm.
