P. v. King
Defendant Ricky Edward King appeals from the two-year mid-term sentence imposed for possession of cocaine (Health & Saf. Code, 11350, subd. (a)) following his admission that he violated probation. Specifically, he contends the trial court erred in finding he was not amenable to treatment and entitled to further probation under Proposition 36 and abused its discretion in sentencing him to state prison rather than further probation. Court affirm.
