P. v. Griffin
Prentiss Griffin appeals from the judgment entered after his murder conviction, contending that a prosecution witness who testified after refusing to take the oath and declined to identify Griffin as the perpetrator was improperly impeached with a prior inconsistent statement where he did identify Griffin.
