Murray v. Ney
Jean Pierre Murray sued Philippe Ney, Jacqueline (Keline) Howard, and Attorney Michael Blaha for malicious prosecution arising out of Ney and Howards previous contract and fraud action against Murray. Ney and Blaha filed a special motion to strike pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16. Murray appeals from the trial courts order granting the motion. Court conclude that Murray did not establish a probability of prevailing on his malicious prosecution claim and therefore affirm the trial courts order.
