P. v. Starks
Appellant Tanisha Lajoy Starks pleaded no contest to possession of cocaine after the trial court denied her motion to suppress the evidence, and she was sentenced to the midterm of two years. On appeal, she contends that she was illegally detained and the items found during the subsequent search should be suppressed. Court affirm.
