In re D.R.
This appeal arises from a contested Welfare and Institutions Code section 366.26[1]hearing at which the juvenile court terminated appellant mothers parental rights to her five children and selected a permanent plan of adoption. Appellant argues the courts ruling was erroneous because the law provides an exception to the statutory preference for adoption where, as in her case, termination of parental rights would cause a substantial interference with the siblings relationships. Court affirm the judgment.
