P. v. Ibarra
A jury found appellant guilty of attempted premeditated murder and assault with a firearm. (Pen. Code, 664/187, 245, subd. (a)(2).) The jury also found true various enhancements. The trial court sentenced appellant to a state prison term of 40 years to life. Court affirm.
