In re Michael T.
Appellant, David T., the father of the minor Michael T., appeals from the order of the juvenile court terminating his parental rights. (Welf. & Inst. Code, 366.26, 395; further undesignated statutory references are to the Welfare and Institutions Code.) Appellant contends the juvenile court and the Placer County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) failed to comply with the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) (25 U.S.C. 1901 et seq.) by inadequately inquiring into the minors Indian heritage. Court shall reverse the order.
