P. v. Daniel
This is an appeal by the People from an order granting respondent Daryl Richard Daniels motion to strike. On appeal, the People contend the trial court erred when it found that Daniels prior juvenile adjudication for robbery did not qualify as a strike under the three strikes law (Pen. Code, 667, subds. (b)-(i)) and struck the prior conviction allegation from the information. Court reverse.
