P. v. Sanchez
Defendant and appellant Jose Velasquez Sanchez appeals after he was convicted of one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm (Pen. Code, 12021, subd. (a)(1)) and one count of being a felon in possession of ammunition (Pen. Code, 12316, subd. (b)(1)). He contends that the trial court erred in refusing to admit certain evidence. Court affirm.
