P. v. Hamlet
Samuel Hamlet appeals a judgment following conviction of inflicting physical injury upon a cohabitant. (Pen. Code, 273.5, subd. (a).) Court conclude that the trial court did not err by not instructing with lesser included offenses, and affirm.
