In re Joshua Y.
Brian B., non-offending father of dependent child Joshua Y., appeals the orders made by the juvenile court at the jurisdictional and dispositional hearing on the ground that he was not represented by counsel. He also argues that errors have been made in the tribal notices required by the Indian Child Welfare Act (25 U.S.C. 1901 et seq.), and that this court should admonish the trial court to follow the law in that regard. Court affirm.
