In re Marriage of Burke-Baum & Burke
Richard Burke appeals an order entered in post-judgment dissolution of marriage proceedings directing him to pay $125,000 in attorney fees and costs to Leslie Burke-Baum.[1] Richard contends the trial court abused its discretion in failing to analyze the factors set forth in Family Code sections 2030 and 2032 and related case law, and in basing its fee order on factual findings that lacked substantial support.[2]Leslie asserts Richards appeal is frivolous and the matter should be remanded to permit the trial court to determine the amount of monetary sanctions Richard should pay for prosecuting it.
Court affirm the order and deny Leslies request for sanctions.
