New Hope Comm. Church v. Assn of Church of God
This appeal arises from a dispute pertaining to the ownership of certain real property in Santa Ana. Pursuant to a termination clause in a corporation grant deed, respondents sought summary judgment in their favor on their action to quiet title and on appellants related action to quiet title and for reformation of the deed. The respondents met their burden on summary judgment to establish they were entitled to judgment as a matter of law, and appellant failed to produce evidence demonstrating the existence of triable issues of fact. Thus, the trial court properly granted summary judgment in respondents favor, and Court affirm the judgment.
