P. v. Moreno
jury found defendant and appellant guilty of attempted murder and of possession of a controlled substance. The jury also found true gun and gang allegations. On appeal, defendant contends (1) that his constitutional rights were violated when the trial court allowed the information to be amended at trial to state that the attempted murder was committed willfully, deliberately, and with premeditation; (2) that his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance of counsel; and (3) that there is an error in his sentence. Court reject each contention and affirm the judgment.
