In bifurcated proceedings, the trial court found that defendant had suffered a strike prior and three priors for which he served prison terms. (Pen. Code, 667, subd. (e)-(i), 667.5, subd. (b).) He was sentenced to prison for nine years and appeals, claiming the trial court erroneously limited his argument to the jury, the evidence was insufficient to sustain the verdict, and sentencing error occurred. Court reject his contentions and affirm.
