P. v. Pham
Defendant appeals from the judgment entered following a court trial in which appellant was convicted of possession of a deadly weapon, a felony, (Pen. Code, S 12020, subd. (a)(1)). The trial court denied his motion to reduce the charge to a misdemeanor. Imposition of sentence was suspended and appellant was placed on three years of formal probation. This appeal followed.
