In re Josue A.
Appellant appeals from an order of the juvenile court sustaining a petition filed pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 602 alleging he had made criminal threats and committed assault with a deadly weapon (a knife) (Pen. Code, SS 422, 245, subd. (a)(1)), declaring appellant to be a ward of the juvenile court, and ordering him home on probation. Josue A. contends the evidence is insufficient to support the finding he made criminal threats and one of his probation conditions is unconstitutional. Court affirm the order as modified.
