1. On page 6, last sentence in the third
paragraph, the date "June 15,
2001" is changed to "June 15, 2011," so the sentence reads:

appeal from the June 15, 2011
order.
2. On page 10, second sentence in the last paragraph,
the date "March 26, 2011"
is changed to "May 26, 2011,
so the sentence reads:
The May 26, 2011 order granting Lawrence Scarpace's
petition in equity to enforce settlement is reversed.
There
is no change in the judgment.
