ordered that the opinion filed herein on December 4, 2012,
be modified in the following
particulars:

1. On page 2, second paragraph under “FACTS,”
first sentence, remove the phrase “Chaaban’s counsel” and replace with
“Chaaban” so the sentence now reads “Chaaban then missed two important
deadlines.”

modification does not effect a change in judgment.

The
petition for rehearing is DENIED.
