It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on June 2, 2011, be modified as follows:
On page 2, in the first sentence of the second paragraph, “six years” should be changed to “seven years” so that it reads:
“. . . the trial court sentenced defendant to seven years in state prison . . . .”
There is no change in the judgment.
