THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on January 21, 2010, be modified as follows:
1. On page 2, lines 6 and 7 of the first paragraph, delete the last sentence of that paragraph and replace with the following:
Sentenced to state prison for terms of 38 years (Jackson) and 30 years (Hobobo), defendants appeal.
This modification does not change the judgment.
