THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on November 20, 2009, be modified as follows:
Page 1, line 18, the word "appellant" is replaced with "Christian Gonzalez".
Page 6, line 17, the sentence "The body attachment for Jacobo issued on January
4, 2007" is stricken.
Page 8, line 26, the word "daily" is replaced with the phrase "more often on days
when the caf was open".
The petition for rehearing is denied.
This modification does not change the judgment.
