INTRODUCTION
Appellant Tobin R. (appellant) contends that there was insufficient evidence to support the trial court's findings that he committed a burglary and unlawfully took a motor vehicle. Respondent argues there is sufficient evidence to support the burglary finding, but not the vehicle theft. We will affirm the burglary and reverse the vehicle theft.

About 11:30 a.m., on April 18, 2005, Moreno Valley police arrested appellant and two other minors when the stolen Toyota Camry in which they were riding crashed into a brick wall.
