writ of mandate to review a decision of the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) which suspended Appellant's driver's license. Court conclude, among other things, that substantial evidence support's the trial court's finding that Appellant, who was under 21, was unlawfully driving a vehicle with a blood-alcohol concentration (BAC) greater than 0.01 percent.

A decision as to breach of contrsct.Plaintiff entered into a contract with defendant, a collection agency, to initiate legal action against patients who did not pay their medical bills. defendant brought a collection action against two patients and later dismissed it without the Plaintiff's consent.

Appellants have presented only a partial transcript of the trial,and thus have failed to meet their burden of presenting an adequate record for review. Without a complete record of the proceedings, this court cannot determine whether any error, if it occurred, was prejudicial in light of the entire record. The judgment is affirmed.

Plaintiff agreed to buy real property from defendants. All parties executed a purchase agreement that contained an arbitration clause. Defendants refused to sell the property. Plaintiff demanded arbitration of the dispute. Defendants declined.The trial court granted the petition. The arbitrator issued an award in plaintiff's favor, and the trial court confirmed the award.

Appellant filed a petition for writ of mandate, seeking reemployment in an administrative position. The trial court denied the petition. Appellant then filed another petition for writ of mandate and received a separate case number. The court considered the second petition to be the same in all material respects to the first petition and thus denied it on the basis of res judicata. The question on appeal is whether the trial court properly denied the second petition.
