Rollo, under appointment by the Court of Appeal, for Minors.</p> <br /> <p>In this dependency proceeding, the <a href="http://www.sandiegohealthdirectory.com/">daughters of Dion L. (mother</a>), including V.L. and T.L., were removed from her custody. At an 18-month review hearing, the juvenile court ordered that V. and T. remain in <a href="http://www.sandiegohealthdirectory.com/">long-term foster care</a>. The mother appeals from a subsequent order, reducing her visitation with them from once a week to once a month. Just two months after that, however, the juvenile court suspended visitation entirely. Accordingly, we will dismiss this appeal as moot.</p> <br /> <p>I</p> <br /> <p>FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND</p> <br /> <p>The mother and her husband (the father) have three daughters ‑‑ C.L., V.L., and T.L.
