W., and denying a Welfare and Institutions Code section 388 petition. We appointed <a href="http://www.sandiegohealthdirectory.com/">counsel to represent</a> mother in this appeal.</p> <br /> <p> On July 1, 2006, counsel for mother notified this court in writing pursuant to <i>In re Sade C</i>. (1996) 13 Cal.4th 952 that, after examining the complete record, counsel was unable to file an <a href="http://www.mcmillanlaw.us/">opening brief</a>.</p> <br /> <p> On July 5, 2006, this court advised mother through her counsel that she must submit to this court within 30 days any grounds, <a href="http://www.sandiegohealthdirectory.com/">contentions, or arguments</a> that she wishes this court to consider. Mother failed to do so. She therefore abandons this appeal, and the appeal is dismissed.
