IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION SIX

In re A.E., a Person Coming 2d Crim No. B347476
Under the Juvenile Court Law. (Super. Ct. No. CM1082A)
(Los Angeles County)

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

A.E.,

Defendant and Appellant.

A.E., a minor, appeals an order of the juvenile court
sustaining a Welfare and Institutions Code section 602 petition
with findings that he committed three counts of robbery (Pen.
Code, § 211) and one count of assault (§ 245, subd. (a) (2).), all
felonies. Appellant was declared a ward of the court and placed
on probation.
On January 11, 2025, appellant and six other accomplices
robbed Kevin Delgado, Marco Lopez and Marvin Hernandez.
Appellant pulled out a knife and stabbed Hernandez’s thumb.
One of the assailants threatened victims with a gun. After
taking the victims’ personal items, the seven assailants fled in a
car, arrived at a gas station, and ran away. Appellant entered a
nearby residence. He was apprehended by police.
We appointed counsel to represent appellant on this appeal.
After reviewing the record, appellant’s counsel filed an opening
brief under People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, claiming she
was unable to find any arguable issues to brief.
On June 2, 2026, we sent notice to appellant advising him
that he had 30 days to file a supplemental brief raising any
issues he wished us to decide. No supplemental brief was filed.
We have independently reviewed the record and conclude
there are no arguable issues for this appeal and appellant’s
counsel has properly performed her obligations.
DISPOSTION
The order is affirmed.
NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.

BALTODANO, J.

We concur:
