Higgins v. Disney/ABC Internat. Television
Charles Higgins II and his four siblings appeal from the summary judgment that terminated their action for fraud, breach of oral contract, and several related claims against the broadcaster, producers, and others involved in the familys appearance in an episode of a home makeover reality television show. They also appeal from an earlier order sustaining without leave to amend a demurrer to their cause of action for breach of a written contract. Court affirm both the summary judgment and the demurrer order.
