Pearson v. Say
Plaintiff Joyce Pearson appeals from the judgment of dismissal entered following the sustaining of defendant Richard Says demurrer without leave to amend. Pearson contends that because she is capable of amending the complaint to state a valid claim against Say, she should be granted leave to amend. Court agree, and reverse and remand with directions.
