IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION SIX

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

JAMES IPATZI,

Defendant and Appellant.

2d Crim. No. B185587

(Super. Ct. No. 2003031818)

(Super Ct. Nio. 2005010664)

(Ventura County)

James Ipastzi appeals from the judgment entered following a plea of guilty to attempted residential burglary (Pen. Code, §§ 664/458)[1] in case number 2003031818 and one count of auto burglary (§ 459) in Case Number 2005010664. The trial court suspended imposition of sentence and granted probation with one year county jail. Appellant was ordered to pay restitution fines, victim restitution, Criminal Justice Administration fees, and supplemental fines pursuant to section 1202.5.

We appointed counsel to represent appellant on this appeal. After examination of the record, counsel filed an opening brief in which no issues were raised.

On January 12, 2006, we advised appellant that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues which he wished us to consider. To date, we have not received a response from appellant.

We have examined the entire record and are satisfied that appellant's attorney has fully complied with his responsibilities and that no arguable issues exist. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.

YEGAN, Acting P.J.
